Blister-like aneurysms are rare entity, arising from branching sites on the supraclinoid internal carotid artery are suspected to originate from a dissection. A clinical case of internal carotid artery blister aneurysm embolization in 54 years old female is described. Endovascular treatment offers a lower morbidity approach.
