The authors describe a rare case of urethrolithiasis presenting in a 60 year old male after total prostatectomy, because of benign prostate hyperplasia. Formation of stones in the urinary system is a common social problem. Urethrolithiasis is the rarest stone formation which is most oftenly formed in patients with some kind of congenital or acquired anomaly of the urеthral canal. Imaging plays a major role in the diagnosis.
