|Intracranial lipoma is a rare congenital malformationand may be part of specific malformative syndromes. It is usually located within the interhemispheric fissure followingthe course of periventricular arachnoid space or the pericallosal space. Depending of the structures involved the intracranial lipoma presents with great clinical variability.In the article two cases of pericallosalintracranial lipomasare presented. The authors discussed the possibilities of CT and MRI in diagnosing the disease.
